Born and raised amidst the natural beauty of Victoria, BC, Chantelle is a dedicated professional in the field of wellness and rehabilitation. A proud graduate of Camosun College’s Bachelor in Exercise and Athletic Therapy, she furthered her academic journey by obtaining a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Camosun.  Chantelle’s passion for promoting physical well-being is evident in her diverse experiences. She has seamlessly blended her academic knowledge with hands-on expertise, contributing to the success of the University of Victoria Women’s soccer team and The Pacific Highlanders. Her commitment to helping others on their journey to recovery is reflected in the countless hours she has spent in clinical settings, aiding individuals in rehabilitating from various injuries.

In her therapeutic practice, Chantelle employs a holistic approach, utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, pin and stretch, and deeper pressure. Her incorporation of targeted exercises enhances the effectiveness of her treatments, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the human body’s mechanics.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Chantelle leads an active and balanced lifestyle. A seasoned long-distance runner, she finds solace in multi-day backpacking adventures and the tranquility of camping. Her love for water activities extends to paddle boarding, while she maintains a mindful practice through meditation. Chantelle is no stranger to the weightlifting arena, and she cherishes moments spent with loved ones.

Chantelle’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to holistic health and her genuine interest in helping others achieve their wellness goals.
